Please complete all field, tick the checkbox, and click the button “SEND VERIFICATION CODE VIA SMS (TEXT MESSAGE)”.
A 6-digit code will be sent to your mobile telephone and a new field will appear in the form.
Please enter the verification code into the new field and press “VERIFY CODE”.
You will then see a message advising you that your registration ha sbeen successful and that you will receive the Zoom Joining Instructions to your e-mail address.
If you do not receive the verification code, try again. If you still do not receive it, e-mail conference@spns.org.uk for assistance.
Please note: If you are using a mobile device to complete the form, depending on how zoomed in your page is and your font size settings, you might find that, after you press “SEND VERIFICATION CODE VIA SMS (TEXT MESSAGE)”, the form disappears. If you scroll back up to the top of the page, you will see the new box in which the verification code goes.
I understand that my data will only be used for the purposes of verifying my identity and contacting me in relation to the SPNS Autumn Conference.
