An annual prize of £500 is offered by the Dumfriesshire and Galloway Natural History and Antiquarian Society (DGNHAS) to the winning author of an original research paper on a human or natural history topic relating to Dumfriesshire and Galloway.
Entries must reach the Society by 1st October each year.
