The Society’s next conference will take place on Saturday, 8th May 2021. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, it will be held online using the Zoom platform.
The conference is free to attend, but only open to registered members of the Scottish Place-Name Society. If would like to attend but are not currently a member, please CLICK HERE for information on how to join. (Membership costs £6 a year or £15 for 3 years.)
NB: The conference itself will be preceded by the Society’s Annual General Meeting. All members are welcome to attend. The materials to be discussed at the AGM, including a voting form for those who cannot be there, will be posted on the Society’s website (CLICK HERE) on Saturday, 1st May 2021.
Tickets are free but limited.
PLEASE NOTE, due to Zoom recent security breaches at other Zoom events, your registration will be verified, and if you are a member, instructions on how to join the conference will be sent to you in a separate e-mail. This e-mail will come from firstname.lastname@example.org – please check your SPAM folder. If you have not received instructions on how to join by 1st May 2021, please contact email@example.com. Please try to contact us before the day of the conference as we may not see your e-mail once it has started.
Note: If the Eventbrite page suggests that the tickets are sold out and you would like to attend the conference, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to help.
